Since 1998, I.V. Jaxx Associates has provided consulting, contract food plant sanitation & maintenance, and evaluation services to the food processing & hospitality industries, along with various institutions.

Throughout our 10 years experience, we have developed improved efficiencies for cleaning and maintaining facilities. We serve CFIA, provincial and regional inspected food processing plants throughout Ontario including Ottawa, Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara, Brantford, London and Windsor.

Managing a food sanitation program can consume a substantial portion of an organization's operating resources. By outsourcing these services to I.V. Jaxx, customers spend more time focused on their primary business - producing quality products.

Our customized Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance programs are designed to meet all HACCP requirements. Efficient use of labour, chemicals and equipment will control costs, reduce operating expenses, optimize productivity and ensure high food safety standards are met. In addition, our customers will avoid costly shutdowns and late production start-ups.

Our experienced professionals work closely with our customers' quality control department to develop proper sanitation procedures that are in compliance with CFIA's latest HACCP requirements. We accomplish this through written food sanitation procedures, training and technical assistance, safety management, consulting and knowledge of increasingly stricter compliance regulations.

In addition to food plant sanitation, our Preventative Maintenance Program includes complete building & equipment maintenance and new equipment installs. Our experienced tradesmen are available to service your needs 24 hours a day.

To meet our customers' particular needs, we offer three different approaches to choose from:

1. Consultation. After meeting with the customer and conducting an on-site needs assessment, we provide a step-by-step plan that can immediately be implemented by the company's staff. The comprehensive plan can be supplemented with procedure manuals, as required.
2. Implementation. A full service contract where we provide all sanitation and preventative maintenance programs.
3. Evaluation. During an on-site evaluation, we assess current procedures and recommend process improvements to the existing program. As required, this can include a department evaluation with suggested staff retraining and/or restructuring.
